Quick fixes
When something will not send or a button is greyed out.
- Ask to book won't send? Make at least one appointment type public in Calendar, Types, and Ask to book sends again.
- Invite to portal greyed out? The client has no email on file: add one on the Details tab and Invite to portal works.
- Ask to book: no booking page? Choose your booking page address from Calendar, Booking (it opens Website, Web addresses), and Ask to book sends again.
