Will I be charged during the trial?
No. Stripe collects a payment method when you start the trial, but nothing is charged for the first 7 days. The first charge falls on day 8, at $79/month for the Small Firm plan. Cancel before then from Settings > Plans & Billing and you pay nothing.
What happens after the trial ends?
After 7 days, your subscription starts at $79/month flat for the Small Firm plan. You can also downgrade to Solo ($29/month) or the free plan — or, if you need unlimited seats, upgrade to Agency ($149/month) — at any time. All your data is preserved regardless of plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings > Plans & Billing at any time. If you cancel during the trial, you'll never be charged. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. Stripe asks for a payment method at checkout, though nothing is charged that day. It's what lets the plan carry on at day 8 instead of stopping mid-season. You're not charged during the 7 days, and cancelling before day 8 costs nothing.
Can my whole team use the trial?
Absolutely. The Small Firm plan includes up to 5 team members — invite your firm from day one and everyone gets full access during the trial. Bigger team? Start an Agency trial for unlimited seats instead.
