Message a client securely
Start or open a client's conversation in Messages and send; the client is emailed a link to read and reply.
Steps
- Open Messages and click plus to start a conversation.
- Search for the client. Everything you've already said to them is right there.
- Write your message. The paperclip attaches a file if you need one.
- Send it. The client gets an email letting them know, with a link to read and reply.
- When they answer, their reply lands in this same thread, and you're notified.
